Spanning more than 157 years, the Campari Bar has sat in the prestigious setting of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, within the great city of Milan. The home of Gaspare Campari and latterly his son Davide who would go on to open the elegant Camparino bar, an establishment known first and foremost for its beautiful cocktails.

But Camparino is much more than a beautiful setting to grab a signature Campari and soda, it is part of the very make-up of Milanese and Italian artisanship, where a strive for perfection without arrogance or pretence is achieved and delivered in the most organic of ways.

A temple in the art of mixology experimentation, Camparino attracts customers and bartenders from all over the world, from iconic cocktails, including Campari Seltz, Negroni and Shakerato through to the unique flavours of innovative mixes, displaying a commitment to artisanship, which has made Camparino one of the most respected bars globally.

Experience the elegance of cocktail craftsmanship with our signature cocktail, an ideal companion while reading or solving the crosswords from the Luca Faloni Newspaper. 

To make the cocktail, start by gathering 25 ml each of gin, Campari, Luxardo Bitter, and sweet vermouth. Combine these ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir gently for 20-30 seconds until perfectly chilled. Once blended, strain the cocktail into a glass over a large ice cube to achieve a smooth, refreshing finish. Garnish with a twist of fresh orange peel—and cheers!
