Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join our London team.

Our Sales Associates are the face of the brand and first point of contact with our clients. They play a vital role ensuring clients receive a luxury experience in a welcoming environment. We offer a unique and personalised service aimed at building strong rapport and long-term relationships with our clients.

To do well in this role it is critical to understand the brand’s values and have a deep knowledge of all our products, materials and designs.

Your Role will Include:

Role Overview:

This role is crucial in ensuring a world class service and the satisfaction of our clients. You will manage and resolve customer queries from different channels, mainly emails and phone calls, providing a timely, first contact resolution where possible.

You will also liaise with our courier partners, valued clients and interact with various departments within the brand to offer a seamless experience within the online and offline channels.

To do well in this role it will be critical to understand the brand’s values and to have a deep knowledge of all our products and materials, as well as operational challenges.

Accuracy and efficiency in written and verbal communication is a critical skill for this role. This position offers the opportunity to build a career in the Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Solving customer requests that require product knowledge, operational expertise, and a natural ability to connect with clients;

    • Update client accounts and case notes after every enquiry using the customer service platform “Gorgias”;

    • Liaise with logistics, production and warehouse teams to ensure stock issues and back orders are dealt with promptly and ensure clients are kept up to date of progress;

    • Serve as the front line, on-call resource for all clients via phone and email;

    • Interact with clients efficiently and with empathy;

    • Analyse and spot fraudulent orders;

    • Communicate with DHL when delivery issues arise;

    • Improve the customer service guidelines when new issues arise.

Skills and Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years in customer service environment, possibly in e-commerce or fashion;

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

    • Proficiency in English;

    • Proficient user of IT systems, both customer service specific (like Gorgias) and microsoft packages; knowledge of Shopify is a plus;

    • Ability to work under pressure without a 9 to 5 mentality;

Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for a Communications Officer with proven track record of establishing productive business connections who will support strategic communication, content development, media relations, and project management for our amazing growing brand.

Our Communication Officer is responsible for global print and digital media outreach, PR events, and forging positive relationships with key stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Brand, their objective is to design and execute public relations programs aligned with the overall business strategy resulting in the elevation of both brand awareness and external reputation.

Duties & Responsibilities

[Operations (Retail/Warehouse)]

    • Make sure all stores have the right and relevant seasonal marketing print content

    • Support the Head of Brand overseeing the stores standards

    • Advising on transfers between stores for all relevant marketing contents

    • Being the bridge between operations and brand for re-ordering

    • Relations with look books and marketing printers

Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject

    • Progressive experience in development and execution of effective communications and engagement strategies as well as PR/Marketing initiatives (visual, digital, print, etc.)

    • Ability to work on both strategic communications that secures coverage/buzz and day-to-day tasks

    • Solid experience in working with trendsetters, bloggers, influencers, ambassadors, high-visibility profiles, etc.

    • Ability to create proofread flawless content generating positive editorial coverage

    • Strong project management skills

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

    • Availability to travel to key markets
