Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for a highly organised Communications Coordinator with the ability to establish productive industry connections who will support strategic communication, content development, media relations, and coordination for our growing brand.

Our Communications Coordinator is responsible for forging positive relationships with key stakeholders within global print, digital media outreach and seasonal events. Reporting to the Head of Brand, their objective is to coordinate and execute public relations programs aligned with the overall business strategy resulting in the elevation of both brand awareness and external reputation.

Duties & Responsibilities

Global Press

  • Allocate seasonal global press calendar and budget allocation

  • Strategic messages to enlarge our media presence

  • Sharing brand content and samples for press request and inclusions

  • Building deeper relationships with key industry people and publishers based on where we have stores & potential growth opportunities

  • New offline activities taxi campaigns, billboards etc.

  • Liaise for preparation and distribution of press releases and assets for seasonal launches, product focuses, and brand initiatives

  • Checking and approving content to go live

  • Monthly meeting report with external PR agency and with the Head of Brand

  • Maintaining up-to-date Brand Deck/PR pack

Community

  • Research of new Influencers & Ambassadors profiles to partner with, shoots & journal interviews, etc

  • Building relationships and being the point of contact

  • Oversee content to be executed by the talents

  • Develop and oversee content for Ambassador shoots & videos

  • Negotiate and organise contracts with selected profiles and seasonal budget allocation

Partnerships

Events

  • Build a strong reputation for LF Aperitivo, recognised as the main Saturday event

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject

  • 2/3 years office experience in a similar role

  • Excellent organisational & analytical skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Understanding of seasons timelines

  • Being the brand ambassador

  • Ability to work on both strategic communications that secures coverage/buzz and day-to-day tasks

  • Experience in working with trendsetters, bloggers, influencers, ambassadors, high-visibility profiles, etc.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Videographer/ Editor & Animator who possesses a conceptual and practical skill set with the ability to create strong brand-led communications.

Our Videographer will be capable of creating or taking an idea, and ensuring it is superbly developed either as a standalone piece or as part of an integrated multi-disciplined campaign.

The role requires the ability to collaborate with a wider team working alongside our in-house Creative Graphic Designer.

Role Responsibilities:

    • Ability to produce and edit short-form video content for Luca Faloni’s social media channels, particularly Instagram, Tik & Tok and YouTube.

    • Edit in-house videos to create a strong distinctive brand style

    • Produce animated video content

    • Skilled in translating content to various ratios/crops

    • Creating on-brand typography & motion graphic creative

    • Use research and data to shape your creative ideas

    • Work collaboratively with the wider creative team to create engaging campaigns that demand customer attention

    • Concept, storyboard and art direct ideas for content based on briefs create animations and edit into sequences with Adobe, with music, voiceover, etc.

We are looking for a highly analytical Supply Chain & Inventory Specialist with strong Excel skills and proactive attitude.

In this role you will play a crucial part in achieving inventory/logistics efficiency.

The role will report to the Senior colleagues with responsibility for supporting and maintaining the supply chain network whilst working closely with our internal project teams, external suppliers, and other key stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:

The job holder will directly perform and/or support the execution of the following tasks:

    • To enable fast, on time, and accurate ordering, shipping, and delivery of orders

    • Timely and accurate reporting of production and shipping stages.

    • Management of EU to UK and intra-EU Shipments and managing exports from EU.
