Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly analytical team member with strong Excel skills and proactive attitude. In this role you will play a crucial part in achieving inventory efficiency. You will proactively maintain the inventory level within the ideal parameters by monitoring sales trends, supply flows, resourcing priorities and all the relevant information required to maintain the in-stock performance within days-on-hand targets.

Based on this you will propose production orders of finished goods and raw materials keeping in mind lead times, minimum inventory and order levels, delivery times, as well as capacities of suppliers. You will carry out appropriate reporting and analysis by tracking all core KPI’s across stock keeping units and product categories (best sellers, discontinued, etc.). Your support will ensure our loyal customers have access to their favourite products of superior craftsmanship.

To achieve this, you will effectively liaise and build relationships with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders ranging from suppliers to warehouse, from production to logistics.

Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Create finished goods and raw material production estimates and prepare PO’s

    • Analyse sales data & inventory on weekly basis

    • Support the Production and Operations team with ad-hoc tasks and daily duties

    • Maintenance and administration of the production database to include and update any needed information (update of raw materials, pick-ups, ETAs, PO’s, prices, codes)

    • Ad hoc analysis to support the objectives of the Production team as required

    • Preparation of weekly production meeting

Skills and Requirements:

    • Relevant degree and analytical mindset

    • Relevant experience would be beneficial

    • Excellent knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

    • High attention to detail

We are looking for a proactive Junior Accountant to join our accounting team in London.

You will be working closely with the Senior Accountant.

This role will require you to be a driven and forward-thinking person who would be excited to be a part of an international team whilst creating a tangible impact on the business.

Responsibilities:

    • Posting journal entries

    • Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable

    • Assisting in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines

Role Overview:

This role is crucial in ensuring a world class service and the satisfaction of our clients. You will manage and resolve customer queries from different channels, mainly emails and phone calls, providing a timely, first contact resolution where possible.

You will also liaise with our courier partners, valued clients and interact with various departments within the brand to offer a seamless experience within the online and offline channels.

To do well in this role it will be critical to understand the brand’s values and to have a deep knowledge of all our products and materials, as well as operational challenges.

Accuracy and efficiency in written and verbal communication is a critical skill for this role. This position offers the opportunity to build a career in the Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Solving customer requests that require product knowledge, operational expertise, and a natural ability to connect with clients;

    • Update client accounts and case notes after every enquiry using the customer service platform “Gorgias”;

    • Liaise with logistics, production and warehouse teams to ensure stock issues and back orders are dealt with promptly and ensure clients are kept up to date of progress;

    • Serve as the front line, on-call resource for all clients via phone and email;

    • Interact with clients efficiently and with empathy;

    • Analyse and spot fraudulent orders;

    • Communicate with DHL when delivery issues arise;

    • Improve the customer service guidelines when new issues arise.

Skills and Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years in customer service environment, possibly in e-commerce or fashion;

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

    • Proficiency in English;

    • Proficient user of IT systems, both customer service specific (like Gorgias) and microsoft packages; knowledge of Shopify is a plus;

    • Ability to work under pressure without a 9 to 5 mentality;

    • A true problem solver, passionate to resolve any issue that might arise to keep the client happy.
