This sweater is knitted in Northern Italy with 100% four-ply cashmere from the prestigious Cariaggi Fine Yarns Collection, using gauge seven. The fit is slightly more relaxed than our two-ply cashmere knitwear designs and features an elevated mock-neck collar. Luxuriously soft, with a weight of circa 500 gr.
This Cashmere Mock-Neck is rib-knitted throughout for a chunkier handle and cosy ribbed trims for added warmth. The perfect companion for colder climates and essential Apres Skiwear. It will become softer with use.
When dry cleaning, use delicate detergent. For hand washing (preferred option) use cold water and neutral soap or baby shampoo. Remove water by rolling and pressing on a towel. Then lay it on a flat surface to dry at room temperature, avoiding sunlight. Iron at low temperature, using a pressing cloth. Do not bleach.

Our knitwear is crafted from pure, two-ply cashmere from the renowned Cariaggi fine yarns collection. A guarantee for outstanding softness and durability.
In the heart of the verdant Marche Apennine Mountains of Italy, the Cariaggi yarn factory harbours expertise reaching back over three generations. For 60 years, they have been selecting premium fibres and employing sophisticated technology and environmentally-friendly production methods in order to craft their exceptionally soft yet durable cashmere; proudly made in Italy from start to finish.
Cariaggi’s international reputation for excellence begins with their dedication to sourcing the finest fibres. They work closely with a family of shepherds in Inner Mongolia who considerately rear Capra Hircus Laniger goats. The flock, which grazes freely across the vast surrounding landscape, is monitored not only to ensure the origin and superior quality of the raw material, but also to protect the welfare of the territory, shepherds and animals.
The specific climate of Inner Mongolia promotes the growth of a ‘duvet’; an exquisite fibre known for its natural thermoregulatory characteristics and exceptional softness. Such a superior natural fibre deserves to be spun and dyed with care, a notion reflected in Cariaggi’s craftsmanship.
The model in the cover wears an L. He is 187cm tall (6.1 ft), and his chest circumference is 109cm (43 inches).
This piece is designed to be worn relaxed. For a more fitted look select the size down from your usual size but if you want the knit more oversized select your normal size. Please see the size conversion table below:
If you have a measuring tape and would like to compare with one of your existing knits here are the precise dimensions (keep in mind that knitwear naturally stretches horizontally):
1 Sleeves: Measure from the top of the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.
2 Length: On the back of the garment, measure from the bottom of the collar to the end of the garment.
3 Half Chest: Measure the width of the chest from seam to seam, approximately one inch below the armpit seams.
