Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European
Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons
with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free
movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data
Protection Regulation), you are informed that images captured by the
video surveillance systems, and therefore your personal data, are
processed as set out below:

Data Controller:

Purposes of the Processing:
Your data will be processed solely and exclusively for security
purposes through a video surveillance system.

Lawful Basis for Processing:
The data controller may lawfully process your personal data based on
the legitimate interest in preserving the security of its premises,
assets, and processes, as well as the safety of the data subjects
themselves and, ultimately, the goods and services it offers to the
market.

Period of Retention of Data:
The images shall be retained for a maximum period of thirty (30) days
from the date of capture, unless they must be kept as evidence of acts
that jeopardize the safety of persons, assets, or facilities. After
this period, the images will be automatically deleted and become
irrecoverable.

Data Recipients:
To achieve the aforementioned purposes, the data controller may share
your personal data with the Operations Department of LUCA FALONI Ltd,
due to their legitimate interest. Your personal data may also be
accessed by private security companies providing support to the data
controller.

Rights:
You are informed that you have the right to request from the
controller access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal
data, as well as the right to determine the fate of your data after
your death, and to request the restriction of processing or object to
it. You may exercise your data protection rights by sending a written

time with the relevant supervisory authority, such as the French Data
