Executive Assistant & Office Manager


This role is critical to ensure the smooth running and well functioning of the office as well as leverage the time of the CEO and other key members. You will help create and maintain a pleasant working atmosphere within the office through organisation, planning and communication.

You will organise diaries and travel of the CEO, logistics and timings of meetings, events, assisting with general administrative duties (filing, paperwork, payments, office logistics).

Skills and Essential Requirements:

    • 2-3 Years of experience in similar role in a relevant industry

    • Strong organisational skills and attention to details with an ability to deal with a number of tasks and priorities

    • Fluency in both English and Italian

    • High level of IT literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, calendar

    • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business. Verbally and written

    • Strong work ethic and ability to react positively with sudden and unexpected changes in demand
