Full-Time Menswear Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join our London team.

Our Sales Associates are the face of the brand and first point of contact with our clients. They play a vital role ensuring clients receive a luxury experience in a welcoming environment. We offer a unique and personalised service aimed at building strong rapport and long-term relationships with our clients.

To do well in this role it is critical to understand the brand’s values and have a deep knowledge of all our products, materials and designs.

Your Role will Include:

    • Welcoming and understanding your client's needs;

    • Offering an immersive experience into the Luca Faloni brand and collection;

    • Communicating the Luca Faloni values and brand philosophy;

    • Effectively cross-sell from different product categories;

    • Achieving sales objectives and targets;

    • Building relationships with local and international clients, ensuring they receive a world- class, luxury service whilst always being personable and diligent;

    • Ensuring personal and store presentation reflect the brand's image;

    • Contributing to and assisting with the visual merchandising;

    • Assisting with any e-commerce tasks which may require support;

    • Assisting with stock management;

The Ideal Candidate:

    • 1-2 years in a customer service environment, possibly in e-commerce, fashion or retail;

    • A charismatic and personable Brand Ambassador with confidence in clienteling and building genuine, long-lasting relationships;

    • Organised, detail oriented and good at problem solving;

    • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit;

    • Positive, interested in fashion, high energy and eager to learn;

    • Additional languages are desirable but not necessary.

  • You must be available to work on a rota basis across five of the seven days of the week.

Full-Time Order Fulfilment and Stockroom Assistant

Role Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join a growing premium menswear brand, working directly with the Operations Executive.

Your main tasks will be related to the order fulfilment process, inventory management, quality control checks of inbound stock as well as transfers to our retail stores in the UK and abroad. This will include selecting items from the stockroom, checking that all orders being sent out to customers meet our high standards of quality and personalisation, as well as deliveries received from Italy are defect free.

Exceptional attention to detail is critical for a successful execution of these tasks. This role offers the opportunity to grow within the customer service and operations team.

Skills and Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role;

    • High attention to detail;

    • Organisational skills to maintain and improve the layout of the stockroom;

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

    • Punctuality and professional work ethic;

    • Experience in inventory management;

    • Ability to multitask.

    Responsibilities:

    You live and breathe social media. You are keeping up with current trends while being strongly rooted in our target audience’s world. Always helping the team on developing brand recognition.

      • Manage all social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube, Linkedin, Spotify

      • Formulating high-quality, engaging, written and graphic contents for all social media channels

      • Creating weekly IG Stories (4/5) and FB Posts (3/4)

      • Develop and implement global social media strategies across all Luca Faloni social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube, LinkedIn, Spotify)

      • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts, direct messages and developing discussions

      • Track and report social media channel performances (IG and FB)

      • Actively maintain the organic social media calendar as part of our overall campaign plan

      • Creating new ways of engaging consumers with the brand

      • Grow social media presence substantially from followers to conversions

      • Create and develop the social media strategy to increase brand awareness

      • Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms and increase presence on existing platforms

      • Research and monitor activity of company competitors

      • Develop reports on emerging social trends

      • Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages

      • Support the influencer activations through a constant research of right profiles to partner with

    Skills and Qualifications:

      • 3-5 years social media experience preferably in fashion

      • High proficiency in Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign...)

      • Graphic Motion (After Effect)

      • Video editing and video colour correction (a bonus)

      • Experience with social media publishing tools

      • A creative thinker who is always ahead of the trends and excited to push the brand forward

      • A strong portfolio of content and a real passion for content creation, with great attention to detail

      • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business. Verbally and written

      • Ability to think both strategically and creatively

      • Passionate about fashion, art, culture, italian lifestyle and global events

      • Self-motivated and able to work both independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines and changing priorities
