Full-Time Menswear Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join our London team.

Our Sales Associates are the face of the brand and first point of contact with our clients. They play a vital role ensuring clients receive a luxury experience in a welcoming environment. We offer a unique and personalised service aimed at building strong rapport and long-term relationships with our clients.

To do well in this role it is critical to understand the brand’s values and have a deep knowledge of all our products, materials and designs.

Your Role will Include:

    • Welcoming and understanding your client's needs;

    • Offering an immersive experience into the Luca Faloni brand and collection;

    • Communicating the Luca Faloni values and brand philosophy;

    • Effectively cross-sell from different product categories;

    • Achieving sales objectives and targets;

    • Contributing to and assisting with the visual merchandising;

The Ideal Candidate:

    • 1-2 years in a customer service environment, possibly in e-commerce, fashion or retail;

    • A charismatic and personable Brand Ambassador with confidence in clienteling and building genuine, long-lasting relationships;

    • Organised, detail oriented and good at problem solving;

    • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit;

Full-Time Order Fulfilment and Stockroom Assistant

Role Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join a growing premium menswear brand, working directly with the Operations Executive.

Your main tasks will be related to the order fulfilment process, inventory management, quality control checks of inbound stock as well as transfers to our retail stores in the UK and abroad. This will include selecting items from the stockroom, checking that all orders being sent out to customers meet our high standards of quality and personalisation, as well as deliveries received from Italy are defect free.

Exceptional attention to detail is critical for a successful execution of these tasks. This role offers the opportunity to grow within the customer service and operations team.

Skills and Qualifications:

      Design powerful digital adverts:

        • For paid social (FB/IG): creatives for all placements, e.g. feed, collection, motions pr carousels

        • Conduct continual analysis of competitor activity both onsite and across digital marketing channels, always staying up to date with key market trends

      Digital Website Content:

        • Support in creation of website assets & banners
